Hi!
I was reading through the postings today and found, that a lot of people with broken or unreliable network access have problems with SL and losing inventory, avatars or other objects. The techs at LL can't reproduce this, of course, they use direct access to the SL grid.
How about setting up a machine that runs on a flakey network inside of the Linden Lab? This way you can have people using it for some time, reporting or reproducing bugs that occur only under heavy packet loss or broken connection circumstances. You might also get a feeling of what it is like to live your Second Life on a regular machine with regular network access.

We do have a standard DSL line in the office for testing purposes. Additionally many Lindens do run Second Life from home on "a regular machine with regular network access"
