Hopefully this is right forum to ask.
I send billing issue on 21.december 2006. No answer till today. I called in official hours on headqutoers, no body reply on the phone, just some automatic respond.
I send additional 3 emails regarding billing issue I asked on 21.dec, no respond whatsover.
So I am asking if there is any RL alive person there, who carry about those issues, or there is none?
It's somehow strange to me that I get no respond within a week from the company who knows classified data, such as personal data, credit cards data...
So I hope I finally get my answer here. Its billing question #523908. So, 1 more time: please respond!
