First Land

Ok, I've gone thru channels and I've asked nicely. I have also read the few posts here regarding FIRST LAND - only 1 of which had an answer - the SAME answer I recieved when I asked the following question:

Where has all the FIRST LAND gone? Why is there NONE to be had AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK??

Ok, now i know its _reeeeeaaaal_ hard to figure out just HOW to search for first land, but I am NOT some homegrown newbie to SL, I have been here over a year and have bought first land with 3 other accounts.

First Land availability over the coming weeks

This is a headsup for the community regarding First Land availability over the next few weeks. As reported in the previous post regarding island order delivery times, we have some important hardware/colocation work taking place right now. It is possible that this will cause us to be low on spare capacity for islands and new land generally - so First Land may not always be available in the quantities we would like.

Hopefully we can get the new hardware in place quickly and it won’t be an issue for us, but it made sense to let everyone know early that we may have periods with little or no First Land parcels available. If we have any more news on this, we will of course blog it here.

Ok, a few weeks has MORE THAN COME AND GONE, yet every bit of official information (including, i might add, the BRAND SPANKING NEW F1 HELP) leads one to believe there is plenty of land for fresh paying customers to get ahold of - SO WHERE THE HECK IS IT? If there is none available, I WANT MY THREE MONTHS PAYMENT REFUNDED. The ability to own a 512 meter parcel of land is one of the RIGHTS AND REWARDS that is bestowed upon PAYING USERS, so fess up with it and stop auctioning it all off to the god-forsaken land barons!

I'm sorry that we haven't had first land available lately, but we are adding more regularly. Because there is high demand after a period of too little available, the plots set to 1st land are often snapped up almost immediately. We appreciate your patience as we work to meet the current need.
