Hello, I wanted to upgrade from basic to premium today and entered PayPal as payment method. When I now choose a payment plan (annual in my case) and click on Save, I receive an error message saying that there was an error with my credit card information. Why does this happen, as I chose PayPal and NOT credit card.
- Do I need to enter credit card information anyway, in addition to Paypal ?
- Do I need to transfer US$ to my SL account first, to use for my premium account ?
As far as I understood this, Linden should simply charge my bank account via PayPal, and I should not be required to enter credit card info or transfer money in advance, right ?
Please help me, because I was unable to find any information on this in the support section or in this forum. Thank you in advance !
