llRezObject()

What do the perms need to be to use this function?

I made something to rez objectA.. I made objectA modify,copy,no transfer and gave it to a friend. She altered objectA and put it back in the rezzer but the rezzer keeps saying it can't find the object. Is there a bug with llRezObjects? It finds the original with the exact same permissions, but not the altered version. What's up with that?
