TG resident posting here on MG forums, is it okay to reply?

A teen resident posted a question to the texturing forum here. This is the first time I've seen this happen, so I'm not quite sure whether to reply or not. Am I right to assume the post is in violation of the rules? I'd like to help the kid out and answer his question, but I don't want to break any rules myself. Is it okay to answer this person's question?

Chosen--discussion inevitably happens on these MG forums. You did not circumvent our system to talk with a teen--now that would NOT be okay.

The problem is simply: that teen Resident was on the wrong forums. It's a bug in which forum access doesn't synchronize with inworld access.

I've already corrected his forum access, so he will see the TG forums now. In the future should this happen, please don't hesitate to contact Jeska or myself--you can use forum PMs--and we'll take care of it.

That being said, thank you graciously for the headsup!
