Help us contact the right people...an idea!

Many times people are chastised for posting inappropriate questions here instead of the correct place, or person, usually becuse this is the only place most people feel they get a timely answer to their question. I have been told/suggested to e-mail torley directly if I have questions.

why not have a page on the main site listing all the Lindens, their roles, and their e-mail addresses so that we can direct our questions to the proper person more easily?

We've found that if we can filter through some of the questions and then pass them on to the appropriate Lindens, then everyone is happier. Also often many answers to questions can be found through searching the blog or the website or using Live Help or reading F1 Help or searching through any of the resident forums. As we grow though, it is a continuously challenging and evolving process to manage communication between the residents and Lindens so thank you for your understanding and patience.
