Please forward: Account transaction logs request

Hi,

It would be very useful if our account transaction logs included a record of transactions that failed due to "insufficient funds". The feature proposing this has been over 500 votes for a bit now, and due to the simplicity of it (no sim update needed, and is just a data logging request / addition to an existing feature), I would very much appreciate it if you could get this proposal to the appropriate developers.
