Processing Credits

During a Town Hall several months back, Lawrence Linden commented on working to expedite the processing of credits. As is, the wait time now has become 6-8 days instead of the posted 0-5 days.

This makes it EXTREMELY difficult to pay expenses associated with running a RL business in SL.

"Sorry I cannot pay you LL hasn't posted credits" is becoming too common a response.
I would imagine that expediting credits would become a priority if employee's of LL had THEIR paychecks held up as long.

I have suggested "Premier Accounts" that pay an additional percentage to offset the overhead associated with hiring an assistant comptroller if necessary.

This is not a rant, but I am a loyal Lindex Fan and hope that the same consideration is given to credits as debits.

There never seems to be an issue with debiting our accounts in a timely manner.

Hi Stroker, I'm sorry I can't do more from here, but I'll forward this to our billing experts.

Hi Stroker,

The posted timeframe, 0-5 business days has not changed. We were averaging 0-3 days (which could have been up to 5 total days if spanning a weekend) a few weeks ago however with the recent surge in support needs the average did, at peak, stretch out to 5 business days (which could have been up to 7 total days if spanning a weekend).

While we have not exceeed our stated timeframes, we are working to get that back down to previous averages. If using the stated timeframes for planning purposes, its best to plan on the longest period. In the meantime, we are always working on improvements and working to shorten processing times.

Regards,

Jill Linden
