Alternatives to ( international ) phone call?

Hi!

It seems that i did spelled something wrongly (even if i did double check everything with an alt) since i'm locked out of the password retrieving page. It does redirect me to the call us page.

Are there any alternative to making an international call? I've got some problems with spoken english, and with the being billed half an euro per minute while waiting in line.

Could an email with home location, last amount billed, as many friends as i can remember, and credit card number, substitute the phone call?
