Linden Lab is not recieving phone calls until Sept 11th and the sim is billed on that day I did call concierge and left a message with my phone number on it, I am not getting emails to my main Email which I just got email this morning from Linden Lab so I know it is set to the right email address. I do not have a bulk mailbox or spam mailbox. I have a black and white list and Linden lab is on the white list.
I understand the overwhelming emails and post that linden lab will be getting for the next few days. I am even willing to wait it out. My concern is the sim will be billed and the money is is sitting in my pockets. This is going to be a problem when Linden Lab bills me on the 11th and I go into the negative balance. I need someone to please give me a call about this situation. This is all very BAD timing if you want my sim payment.
Re:Thanks Robin! In fact it was taken care of after 6 hours of trying to contact someone before the office closed. All of you have been helpful that contacted me, Thanks to you all. I was so happy I forgot my additional issue lol. I will wait though for that until the storm passes over. Appreciate the time and responses. Kat
