I am losing given rates to others again any answers?????????????I IM tor with no luck with with a answer to this problem and new about this!

Usagi, pardon if I didn't reply to your IM. You've already sent in a bug report, so let that be checked out first please. To be sure we aren't missing anything out, please send me an email with all the details I asked for earlier--specifically, each time you notice you lose rates, note the date and time observed, how many rates, etc. Very, very important to correlate patterns here.
One possibility that did occur to me is that: you gave rates to someone who's no longer an active Resident. Since their account has been closed, their ratings don't count.
