Blue Linden: "If you believe that there are inactive avatars that are preventing access to a region, please file an abuse report describing the issue and set the category to Parcel, so that customer support can look into the issue."

YES there are inactive avatars on these 2 properties and YES they aid in the sim becoming full at times. No, not all the time but ANYTIME is too many times for me since I own land that I can't get to at times. I filed reports per your suggestion yesterday and yesterday I got emails that they were resolved. How is that possible? The fake avatars are not gone and there is nothing on the police blotter about any of them. Of coarse they aren't going to tell me what the resolution is but it appears as though there hasn't been one. So why should I keep land that I can't get into because other people are abusing their right to have land by using fake avatars or putting out a silly amount of campers?
There has to be something that can protect land owners from their neighbors doing this kind of thing.

If customer support is able to determine that sim access is restricted due to inactive avatars, they can act accordingly. If they cannot confirm, then they can't simply act on one person's testimony to remove avatars. There are legitimate reasons why someone may have a number of people at their plot, so please continue to file reports to help customer support to establish a pattern of behavior.
