No traffic...STILL

For the last three days one of my sims has had 0 traffic listed when we KNOW there has been a LOT of traffic. From the time of the sims creation we have broken 10k traffic almost daily. Two days in a row help has been contacted about this issue just to be told 'we know about the issue.' That doesnt help me. My 2nd sim has its traffic just fine, why THIS sim? I need this traffic in order to start renting out spaces to help support the other activities we have going on. At this point I am THREE days out of any type of work in getting this space rented and in business for my own store that is on the land.

Many of us that work/live on the sim have seen no other islands with 0 traffic. Would someone please address this problem? I'm disappointed enough that I may not be able to get the 3rd sim we wanted to get, do I have to have my main sim maintained at 0 simply because its a 'known' bug? We did a restart, what other things can we do?

Upon traffics update we now have traffic...I would still like to know what other steps there are to keep this from happening in the future. Is a restart the fix or was something else done to fix this situation? Hopefully we can make up for lost time now
