About groups and names releasing...

Imajica, answer to that: time constraints!

It's certainly nice to do when there's a spare moment, but those are scarce for me. You can imagine how many requests would add to our support load. Not just the name has to be checked, but the original Founder has to be verified, etc. And while one request may not take that long, multiply that by tens, hundreds of requests.

I like to help with eclectic things in a pinch; I already get lots of requests for CaSe SuBsTiTuTiOnS in names which I'm happy to help with, but I have considerable many other things to do.

I wish saying "I'm busy" didn't sound like an excuse, but that is the way it is. I'd rather communicate what else I'm working on so you do know, tho!
