I know this is not a forum for billing concerns. However I have a legitimate question that I have raised with the billing department twice now. I emailed on Thursday 11/9 and received the automated reply with a ticket number of [rt.lindenlab.com #465003]. I have received no other response.
On Monday 11/13, I caleed the billing department and got a voicemail after spending 10 minutes on hold. I left a message and referenced the above ticket number. Despite the assurance on your message that I would receive a callback in one business day, I have heard nothing.
This is an unreasonable situation and I'd like to know when I can expect some contact regarding this situation. Please either reply here or have someone contact me directly to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you.
