Why aren't any of these posts being responded too? I know, you're busy. Just like the non-existant people on the phone. "The average wait time today is 5 or 6 minutes" but we'll make you wait 15 then send you into voicemail, that will never get a response. I think you're suppose to get to talk to someone when you invest that kind of time, but call me crazy.
