I have been approached by a client regarding a possible in-world presence for their real world UK registered charity.

I am aware that discounts are available for full islands for such organisations - but is there anything available to help such organisations with the costs when buying a smaller plot of land? From our initial discussions, it seems that there is little need for 65000 sq m of land to house what will essentially be a building explaining what they do, the people they work with, and integrating SL content with their website (until HTML on a prim comes, of course).

This charity has over 200 employees, is very well known and has been established for over 170 years. Whilst it is not a "tiny struggling organisation", naturally it needs to keep all costs down in order to spend more of its income on helping those that it is established for.

Is there any information available regarding not-for-profit organisations, or someone specific I should contact to discuss things further?
