I was reading an on line news source , that claimed that you can pay to be raped in SL. I was not sure if it was real or not until they showed a screenshot : http://www.adrants.com/images/secondlife_rape.jpg"Roleplay Rape " for 220 L$ sold via a vendor in Rutz. News story here : http://www.adrants.com/2006/12/second-life-lets-wouldbe-creepies-live-ou.phpIs this against the TOS ? Should this be allowed to happen? Assuming it is not, how can I Inform the lindens of this so that some action can be taken? What is the proper way to report this so that the report does not get deleted w/out notice or comment?

Although unpalatable to some, sexual roleplaying that occurs between consenting adults, that does not result in the violation of RL laws, is not considered a TOS violation. Although it's not in violation of the TOS (no illegal activity) it could be argued to be broadly offensive and in violattion of Communiuty Standards, which state "Content, communication, or behavior which involves intense strong language or expletives, nudity or sexual content, the depiction of sex or strong violence, or anything else broadly offensive must be contained within private land in areas rated Mature (M)." Should this activity be conducted in public areas it could be viewed as being broadly offensive and you would be free to file an abuse report. But, to quote Robin Linden, "What consenting adults do in private, however distasteful others may find it, is allowed under these standards."
