When I open the map search a sim or use search my SL get frooooooozen many many second. ah close to 30 seconds.. feels sometimes so mor.. before I can get rid of it / close the window (x) - or do a new search...
Why?

freeze when doing search

three times tody, I have tried to do a search, and each time the screen completely freezes up. I cannot do anything, not even quit game. I have had to turn my pc off, to get out of the situation.

I'm getting freezes in search, profiles and other options that have a similar user interface. Usually ALT-TABing out of SL and back again will regain control but not always.

I've seen some similar things--I'm still looking for a solid reproduction! Does this seem to happen randomly or is there a pattern to it? E.g. it happens each and every time? Sounds like simple steps but I want to be sure!

They *must* have a clear step-by-step way to do them to be useful and so I can help you. Alright, time for my daily drive into the Resident Experience (and before anyone asks, next week I'm hoping to investigate some annoying building bugs)...
