My question is how long are basic accounts allowed to stay inactive before they are deleted, if at all? The main reason I ask is becuase I'll be going to the Air Force soon, but I know that after a 6 week boot camp, I'll be allowed my lap top for personal use. I would just like to know if my account would still be around after say 2, maybe 3 months?

Basic accounts can be inactive indefinitely and won't be cancelled, Joshua. Several months should be no problem--I know from personal experience. The only other thing I can think of to mention to you is that you won't receive the L$50 weekly stipend on weeks you don't login. When you can access SL again, you'll find your avatar waiting for you. Best of hope in boot camp!  |
