There is one resopnse to the Concierge Townhall Transcript entry in the blog. In that response, an unknown person wrote, with reference to customer support:

"After reading through each of them I went back and read Rhiannon Chatnoir’s October 19th post titled the turning point."

Please provide a link to this post. I cannot find any entries for "Rhiannon" or "Chatnoir" when I serach the blog. Is it a Forum post? <thus showing, again, the value of the forums>

If it was significant enough to merit a mention in the blog, it should be significant enough to merit a link, so we can all read her comments.

Also, who is "Mobile Avenue >> Blog Archive >> SL Support Services"? A Linden? an outside third party? A resident? Some form of identifucation would be nice.

Hi Maximillian,

The reference wasn't to a post on the Second Life blog.. the posting you saw on the blog was actually a trackback I believe, a pointer to related coverage posted on someone elses website. If you click the title link for that comment it will take you to the referring site where in turn there is a link to the other references mentioned.
