I hope you will read the blog replies for your customer service town hall announcement.
Many people cannot make it to the town hall meeting and have posted their feelings on your questions in the blog. Since LL has for the most part stopped replying to the blog comments I just want to ask, do you read them? Will you read this one? 100+ of your paying customers have some pretty strong feelings on your customer service change suggestions. Please take them to heart!
