I believe you misunderstood Jeska. I believe he's asking why premium people would be charged for making a new basic account, when everyone else can make them for free, over and over, until they get tired of the process.

Hi Feynt, I know there's been confusion over charging-for-alts (as well as the alt # limit). We're currently reexamining this policy to clarify it and make it more consistent -- as you pointed out.
