It would be nice to have more PG sims made - not just as first land - so those of us who don't want to be surrounded by porn don't have to.
I would be happy to do some design, landscaping and parcelling free of charge, if you are able to give me the relevant permissions to do the work for you. All you have to do is designate a region and let me get on with it
