Why does most of the land listed have less traffic than mine?

If the reason my land doesn't show up when 'furniture' is entered into the 'all' search is because only 100 results are returned and it is based upon traffic why does BamBams show up with traffic 4, boing fromage with traffic 21, crimson creations with traffic 85... ecetera when my land has traffic of 128? I could continue my list, that was about half of the first ones I looked at. Oh yes, Howe Constructive Design have traffic of 10, kayla 36...

It seems that most land that shows up has less traffic than mine. I don't mind as long as it is fair and I'm aware of the issue. So far I'm confused.
