just curious if it is possible or being considered that instead of having to hold down the arrow keys to move your avatar from one place to another you could have a goto type command like maybe click on the screen or designated place and select goto from the pie chart and you avatar would go there.

If you right click on the ground the pie menu does have 'Go Here'. However you are correct that this doesn't work in buildings. You should post this idea in the Feature Suggestion forums and/or create a feature proposal.
