Will Linden labs stand with the creators agains theft?

i talk about residents that copy your work prim by prim and pretend it as their own work

I DONT want an explanation of one paragraph i want a simple word YES or NO to the following question.

Is Linden Labs going to show support to content creators by applying the proper sanctions if a resident with enough proofs accuse anther resident of theft? and i do not mean "help" by telling us to go fill a DMCA, i mean by being a responsible company and stop to consider content creators as less than nothing, bribing us with words like "you retain full copyright on your creations" and on the other side refusing to act without a lawsuit.
