Anyway, the thing I'm thinking about, is that the sim will be mostly PG. However, it's going to include areas such as apartments and probably other mature parcels.
However, both of these are planned to be isolated in skyboxes a minimum of 20m apart, in an no-fly sim with low-lag security scripts protecting them (once you've paid to reserve the area or rent an apartment).
Now, I'll likely have some basic greeting notice reminding people that it's a PG area, but really I'd like to list the whole place as PG, as all of the publicly accessible areas will be PG, and any adult areas being marked as such, while apartments are up to the owner but are only accessible to them and their friends. Only unoccupied apartments are accessible (via TP to a skybox), same with adult areas.
So would marking the sim as PG and putting up signs in these areas be incorrect of me, or would I have to mark the whole place as mature and try to cover all entry points with PG notices? It's just that the sim will have several key areas which I'd like to list separately in find/search, but wouldn't want to have warnings in all of them, partly to avoid wasting prims on it, and partly that I don't want visitors exploring the whole place to get messages over and over.
I know it's a fairly trivial thing really, but I'm a sucker for details
