Why are liaisons still saying "Check the Chat History Box"?

Just last night a liaison was telling people at the Waterhead WA to check the chat history box in the abuse report dialog.

The chat history box doesn't do anything, it has been disable a good while.

Chat needs to be copied and pasted into the abuse report, with an indication of the date and exact SL time, and the name of maker of the offending comments, as described by Liana Linden .

The "Include Chat History" feature in the SL viewer is currently under review, and at this time it is turned off. This feature only captured Chat. IM is considered private, and IM logs are not automatically generated and posted in an abuse report.

We strongly recommend that you do manually include chat and/or IM in your abuse report when it's relevant to the incident. You can do this in two ways:

1. Copy and paste chat/IM from your Chat History window into the abuse report Details field.

2. Type a description of the offending chat/IM in the Details field and be sure to include the date and time the conversation occurred and the name/s of the speakers you are reporting.

Did the memo that was said to be going out the liaisons get sent? If so, it apparently needs to get resent.

Why is the option still showing if the function is disabled? Perhaps the 1.9.1.?? version should include a modified dialog box that doesn't have a non-functioning option displayed.

O dear! Perhaps another gracious reminder is in order, then. I'll let the Liaisons know.

Also--there are planned improvements to the abuse reporting tools.
