IM privacy

Hi , I belive I have been falsely accused of griefing by a person jealous of my time with a girl. I now belive he is able to read my messages or her messages.

Is this possible? Does Linden track ims and chats for determining griefers and turn that information over to other players. Is there spy equipment in sl that allow him to do this?

I think this is a HUGE invasion of privacy. Has anyone else experinced this? What actions should i take?
