Can I please get a Policy Clarification?
If I cancel my account (I'm in the $72 annual plan) will I be able to get a refund for the remaining balance, pro-rated based on the monthly fee for example?
Like this: Refund = $72 - ( "Number of Months passed" * $9.99)
EDITED TO ADD: If it is possible, what does your policy say I need to do to make it happen, as requests to both billing and customer support for this clarification have as yet gone unanswered.
