where is the sim?

A group I'm in paid for a sim, it was suposed to be up at 10PM last night. The person that will be the owner of the sim has left e-mails, phone messages, and I'm posting this.

I play this game because of the ability to create things, but with the way the public sand box's are with people shooting up the place, people putting pornographic photos, and other things, along with the abuse report system being nothing but a joke to people, the sand box's isn't a place I'd like to spend much time.

but back on point, we paid for a sim, we we're told that is would have been activated by now, we're not paying for nothing, and if we're paying that much for a sim that's not even up, I hope to god your not charging us for it being up when it's not, that will just be crossing the line.

if the sim isn't up some time early this week, it's really going to get on every ones nerves, and your job as a business is to keep your costomers happy, and your not doing that right now.

We certainly like to get things done on time. While I don't know the specifics of what happened here, I will most certainly let our Concierge service, who oversees the delivery and caretaking of private islands, know about your concerns.

BTW, a private island is owned by a single individual--while this individual may allow a group to use it, it's important to distinguish the difference so there's no confusion. Please make sure this individual also contacts the Concierge; he or she likely will already have such info in hand.
