Whoever is responsible for http://secondlife.com/support/known-issues.php deserves a serious pat on the back. This is a great step forward - both in terms of residents being able to identify bugs and know when their bug is known or not, and also in terms of giving residents some sense of what LL is doing.

I believe the setup was primarily the magic of Morpheus and Brent Linden (who did the fab writeup too); our eXtreme Bug Hunters continue to add bugs into there to keep it fresh. I'll let them know! Thanx!
