I placed two classifieds which will renew tonight. As the grid has been down most of this past week with no money transfers available or scripts, I have had a serious amount of damage done to my sales.
As the grid has been fully functional for only three of the past nine days, often going down in peek time where I would otherwise receive the most traffic, I would like to know if LL intends to refund me the ad cost of both of these classifieds for this past week as well as any future weeks I pay for a worthless ad.

Hey Joshua! We don't have a current refund policy for Classifieds specifically. But totally understandable... since in light of the frustrating events that affected all of us recently in Second Life, we've had broader ideas for compensation in mind.
Hopefully these things will not happen with such frequency and length in the future to begin with, but if we do have a new policy (including Classifieds!) we'll be sure to notify the community and you will know.
