shape reverting to default?

Yesterday after a bunch of teleports my avatar's shape reverted to all the default settings. Even the clothing I was wearing reverted to it's origional settings, effectively ruining them unless the creator can tell me the correct settings or give me new ones.

How can I return everything to how it was before the glitch? Can my avatar be rolled back a couple days or something??

Is this a known bug that could happen again? I'm afraid to TP anywhere because I might ruin more clothing and shoes.

This sounds like "Ruthing"--a terrible, old, and known bug. I've not had a solid repro for it yet, but the process typically involves a botched teleport with bad network conditions (high packet loss). I would very much like to see it fixed... such an awful bugaboo.

However! In such cases, a relog or going into and exiting Appearance and NOT saving changes should revert your form. You didn't mention what you tried afterward.

Sadly, you can't be rolled back, but if you have anything that's copiable, it's recommended to make backup copies as is a general precaution.
