Surrounding the New WA

I can't find a single PG sim in the new continent. Seriously, I'm not going to argue the point; but is LL planning to not publish any more PG sims. Are sim ratings going the way of telehubs and dwell payments?

Are the PG sims adjacent to the new welcome area going to be auctioned or held by the Governor as first land or buffer land or whatever?

Of course it would help more, I think, to know if I'm going to wake up in the next few weeks or months and find that sim ratings have disappeared and are then equally advertisable et cetera.

This is the new Welcome Area in the southern continent, as a followup from your last question? I'll merge so we don't lose track, and also ask about this--but we don't have plans to do away with regional ratings.
