I've had a request in to your billing department (Jill Linden specifically) for over a week. I don't want to discuss the details of it here, but want to express my FRUSTRATION dealing with Linden Lab directly. YOU WON'T RESPOND TO EMAIL, YOU WON'T PICK UP THE PHONE, YOU PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES AND THEN FORCE ME TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL TICKET! If you're going to have me make a voicemail ticket, don't make me wait 15 minutes for it! And when I do try to leave a voicemail ticket, I get cut off before I can even give you a full response to your questions (e.g. what's your resident name, email, phone number, etc). THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I HAVE AN TIME-SENSITIVE MATTER THAT BILLING/JILL LINDEN NEEDS TO ADDRESS! I've emailed [email]billing@lindenlab.com[/email] EVERYDAY for the last week! NO RESPONSE! THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!
