This thread and issue seems to have fallen off the radar again.
Can we get some answers on this thread as we move into 1.12?
We're still limited to .... very polygonal graphics even with all detail sliders all the way up.
As I said, we should have the option to see round objects if we so choose. There's no reason why the highest object detail setting should be lower than it was in 1.9.
It's still a big problem for designers, builders, etc. and we need to see some movement on it.
Can we get an answer as to whether or not we'll ever see an actual *improvement* in detail, as we used to have pre 1.10.2, versus *reducing* detail as time goes forward?
I understand average FPS may be important, but this just seems counterintuitive, and the previous issues still need to be addressed.
