Hi, I just transferred some shoes to a friend and they seem to have disappeared into the ether. I don't have them and neither does she. I checked my account history and the transfer does show up, but she is shoeless and sad  What can I do about tracking down what happened to them? Thanks! |

Hey Rais, I don't know what you and your friend already tried. Inventory searching for the name is the first step -- if you're in (Busy) mode and something gets sent to you, it'll end up in the Trash, so it's a good idea to check there. Also in Preferences > Network tab, Clear Cache to refresh your inventory the next time you relog. (This isn't so much of a problem now as it used to be, but still worth trying.)
If they still aren't there, I'd recommend contacting the creator of the shoes and tell your story. Some are really friendly and can help you with a new pair. Good luck!
