feature voteing... 1400+ uncatagorised proposals... It's impossible to read through to find is the feature you want has been proposed...
The " log in without your freinds knowing " request apears down the list a large number of times... there must be at least 800 votes ... but no one proposal has reached the magic 500 that will get a response.
The more it's wanted the more it's requested the more the votes are spread... I don't see any proposal has ever reached 500 votes as a result.
To make the feature work it should be split into catagories and " pruned ".

Good day to you, Jonathan. As humans, we recognize that not only is having a lot of information sufficient--but that info must be accessible to be useful. What you refer to is essentially "better privacy and status controls", sometimes known as "show as offline". We've already done our own surveying of the related proposals and acknowledged at least one which garnered a whopping 1108 votes! http://secondlife.com/vote/index.php?get_id=52So don't worry--we're on the track with that one. It did come up at the recent Community Team Roundtable Meetings too, where we publically announced we're going forth with it, implementing the featureset in pieces. I feel that in the future, having a way to link related proposals would help unify similar visions by different Residents... that would be nice. Or for the folksonomic fans, what about tagging?
