Seperating estate land sales from mainland land sales in the Search window is a good idea but I do not think it is currently being worked on.
Why not? Stop picking irrelevant low-hanging fruit and work on something that nearly every resident wants.
The focus update, for example, sure those are nice little bug fixes, but really the issues didn't bother me, and I rarely saw anyone complain about those things.
