.......There is already a proposal about this that has been over 600 votes for about a month now, and it hasn't even been commented.......


To clarify. I have read the feature vote and as of the time this was posted, there is no response, with 632 votes.

I do note there is no timescale in the guarantee given.

My question is.

How long before this guaranteed response is given?

The timescale should be ASAP. As fast as humanly possible, or until such time that it gets overlooked and someone sharp like you sees it. After all, all that effort should have a result, and responsiveness is what we aim for!
