Iron, good question! Help Island Content can certainly be donated... infact, there's a Freebie Store you may have heard of which still has a few spots that look like they want to be filled.
You can send submissions to Jeska or myself with further info. In addition, there's a lot of fun creations that are routinely "left" around HI by Volunteer Helpers to entertain and educate. If you have any friends who go there, you can certainly give them something to show off.
As for the Teen Grid, I'm going to turn this over to Blue, TSL Community Manager, to see what the scoop is.
