Billing Issue needs reply ASAP

A payment to Linden Lab was withdrawn from my account on Nov. 28th 2006 for $282.00 USD. I am not due for any sim payments that I am aware of at this time nor would that bill be 282 dollars if I were. I need a response to this charge ASAP. I am pending a deposit to my account for 5 days now but I am being charged a fee that I am unaware of. I called on Monday to find out my billing dates for the new sims but there was no record on it but was under the impression it was 30 days after the sims were transfered to me by billing. All transfers and billing for the sims were settled when the sims were transfered in my name which would not equal to 282 so there is no reason for this 282 dollar billing. My Real Life rent is due and this greatly disrupts my ability to pay it due to lack of information and warning on Linden Labs part. I see no reason for it to be valid and there is no history available in the last 45 days.

Regular Office hours are closed but concierge number is busy. This is very important and I do strongly request this Post not go unanswered, removed, or given a blanket response.
