VERY BUSY on deploying New islands?

Hi, I ordered an island last week and inquired Monday about the status and still havent received any reply other than the "we received your inquiry........" automatic email

I know you all have GOT to be pretty busy but Id LOVE to be able to plan on when this is going to be online. If all you can tell me is "F OFF we are WORKING", thats fine but at least tell me that Im somewhere in the que. It would BE really nice to see something like:

your new island is number 3843 in the QUE. Please expect 3 weeks until deployment.
or something along those lines. It would be esp nice if we got an email at least once or twice a week.


That all being said, Im sure you are all busy and Id rather Cyn and company deploy islands rather than answer email, LOL but augh Im going crazy,
