So, the LL-sanctioned libsl has created a bot to copy anything. ANYTHING. Except a script. And, apparently, presented it to the entire world for free.

It's not really a case of being OK or not. It's more a question of how we can best support the content creators in SL, recognizing that there is no technical silver bullet that can completely eliminate copying. I've discussed this problem in greater detail on the blog.
