Unusually long wait time for response from support, or normal?

About two weeks ago, or maybe a little over, I put in a support ticket using the built in system on SecondLife.com with my account "Lance LeFay". After no response for a week, I talked to Jeska in-game and she suggested I send an email to [email]billing@secondlife.com[/email]. I did, and a bit over a week later I still have no response. A couple days ago, I asked Jeska if there was a specific reason I didn't have a response, and she said she forwarded my note. Today, I still have no response. Is there a reason, or is this just normal backlog? (Note: I'm trying really hard here not to sound like I'm not complaining... even if I am ;) ) The reason for my initial request for help is that I've been trying to reactivate my account Lance LeFay. It was frozen a long time ago for billing... been trying to pay off the 70 dollars, but the control panel won't let me.

Hi Lance - your request came into our system on the 8th, and there were some questions that needed to be resolved. I'll follow up to see what's holding things up. My apologies for the delay.
