Object Entry settings - Why the change?

Yesterday, in Osterhout, I was able to rez items just fine as long as they didn't put me over my prim limit.

And before you ask, yes! I did file a bug report both with the original issue as well as a second for a work-around. I'm hoping the duplicate report isn't viewed as abuse, as I didn't know how else to make the new information known.

Info:

Group deeded land. Group owner: me. Land setting: Object entry set to Group only.

[12:33] Can't move object to { 43.3903, 45.9592, 252.579 } in region Osterhout because the parcel does not allow objects to enter from other parcels.
[12:34] Second Life: Your object 'couch' has been returned to your inventory lost and found folder from parcel '<insert neighbor's land name here> in Osterhout' at Osterhout 0, 0 because it went off-world.

Now change info above to:

Group deeded land. Group owner: me. NOW land setting is: Object entry set to All Residents.

Rez--> Fine.

ETA: If I have the group activated that the land is deeded to, I can have the setting to "group" only on Object entry. Note: this was not the case yesterday or prior.

Has something changed between yesterday and today to not allow group-deeded land's members object entry on their own land without allowing it to ALL residents?

And if so, why?

Repeated for clarification purposes: Note: this was not the case yesterday or prior.

There have been no client or server changes between yesterday and today. The mechanics you are talking about have *not* changed.

Some step of your process yesterday must have been different from today.
