How do I prevent things from being returned to my "Lost and Found" folder?

I can't create objects because this keeps happening. It's rediculous, is there a way to toggle it off and on? If so, how do I do it?

If "this keeps happening" and you are sure you're within your prim limits (check in About Land > Objects tab), it sounds like a reproducible bug. I've noticed odd times where it said something was returned to me but it infact wasn't--I haven't locked down a better repro for it.
